First: Meadow Sweet Close

St Leonards

Second: Bexhill Road

First:
- Wendy Jensen: The house occupant, at 7 Meadow Sweet Close
The home of Wendy Jensen is the first location I will be using. It is
located in a secluded off road that is away from main roads and is a
quiet neighbourhood.

Second:
- Anthony Wood: The House Occupant at 179 Bexhill Road
The home of Anthony Wood is located on a main road
- Hastleon Hall: An arts hall for theatre plays
The hall is located on the main road also which has a risk of vehicles,
traffic and accidents.

Here is the first
location. You can
see that it is
secluded and away
from main roads. It
also makes for good
shooting scenes as
no members of
public will interfere.

Here is the second

location which is
situated close to the
corner of the main
road, 179 Bexhill
Road. Lots of traffic
can be found here
and members of the
public.

My third location was located close

to my second. It is centred on a
corner of a main road, one of the
busiest in Hastings. The hall is an
old, eroded building great for the
horror genre giving me the effect
and reflection in location.

This shot will be used but as you
can see it’s very dark. Although I
want to create a dark setting it
will be hard as the camera I’m
using does not have high light
exposure so the footage will come
out dark.
I can use certain lights from the
front of this and shot and behind
to lessen the darkness.

I will be shooting some shots on

the stairs which as you can see
will be through poles on the
staircase and the lighting is good
also.

Exterior shots will be used here

and I want the lighting to be ok so
just at sunset will give the shots a
good exposure rather than too
dark. The misé en scene also is
quite good as it is quite dirty
giving an impression of a
uncomfortable place.

Another exterior setting which
I will use for four shots which
are mostly CU’s so my worry
on the garden looking like a
family home is no issue here.
Again, it will be around sunset
as the footage will be too dark
otherwise.

One of the last places for a shot is

an exterior. The misé en scene is
good so no changes will really
have to occur except moving
colourful toys such as the bright
green. The colours that come
across as dark and rusty and dirty
again giving an impression of a
dark, uncomfortable place perfect
for the intended purpose of a
horror teaser. However, once again
it will be shot at sunset.

The photographs above are located on Bexhill

Road the second and third location. These will be
used for the majority of my essential footage.
However my first location is not my priority in
shooting as I know I only want to get short CU in
that location which I can shoot in another location
if the grantor of the house cannot find available
time or if another issue came up.
