Subject: Written Test (Computer Based Test) for the post of Diploma Trainee(Electrical/Civil)

RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF DIPLOMA TRAINEE (ELECTRICAL/CIVIL)

The Written Test (Computer Based Test) for the post of Diploma Trainee (Electrical) and Diploma
Trainee (Civil) is scheduled to be held on 17th December, 2020 at Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Dehradun,
Meerut, Roorkee, Patna, Kolkata & Hyderabad centres.

In this regard, the following is hereby informed: -

1. The Admit cards i.r.o the eligible candidates provisionally shortlisted for appearing in the
Computer Based Test shall be available shortly by login to respective Candidate Login from our
website www.powergridindia.com-> Career Section->Job Opportunities-> Regional
Openings->Northern Region-I, Delhi Recruitment-> Recruitment for the post of Diploma
Trainee (Electrical/Civil) in NR-I->Candidate Log In.
2. The time of CBT, schedule and Centre allotted shall be available in the Admit Card which should
be downloaded along with Examination and CBT instruction on A4 (Portrait) paper . Please note
that the admit card will not be sent by post to any candidate. Further, Admit Card is valid only if
the candidates’ photograph and signature are legibly printed in colour.
3. Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions pertaining to CBT given along with the
Admit card.
4. The eligible candidates are being allocated test venue at the above said locations considering
the proximity of their correspondence addresses as far as possible keeping in view of
availability of centres and computer nodes. Request for change of Centre and venues shall
not be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to make their travel
plan/arrangements accordingly.
5. Candidates are advised to keep themselves abreast with latest updates on this website by
logging from time to time.
