Rotary Sealing Arrangement

1.1 Principal of working

One 600 mm temperature resistance plate is mounted on rotary /Welded on rotary to maintain the space
and counter thermal expansion (stiff Plate) is used in between RK Shell and shell -1.

1 Sealing : SS316 Lamination plate of 1.2 mm thickness is used are overleap like 19704 Project seal .
2. After sealing there is graphite plate on of 40 mm thick is used for 2 sealing .

1.2 Cooling Fan Application

There is two duct used for cooling .

Inside the sealing : 3.5” Pipe is throwing the air @ 150 mmwc. (By Instrument).
At discharge end : 6 “ Pipe is through the air @ 350 mm WC. (By Plant team).
