Instruction(s):

1. Refer to the form in page 2. Enumerate all the hazards that exist in your
community (you may use the results from Assignment 1).

2. Rate the hazards that exist in your community in terms of probability and
impact (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). Imagine and recall your
past disaster experiences or prior knowledge about your area/community.

Rating Scale for Probability

1 2 3 4 5
Most Unlikely Unlikely Likely Very Likely Almost Certain
Rating Scale for Impact
1 2 3 4 5
Negligible Minor Moderate Severe Devastating

For each rating, add some explanation under remarks why you have rated the
hazards as such.

3. For each hazard, add the ratings for Probability and Impact, then divide by 2.
Then put your ranking for all the hazards (the hazard with the highest rating
will be ranked as 1st).

Reflect on the results. This means that in planning, you must consider the
results as part of your planning assumptions.

4. Once accomplished, save the file and submit assignment via Training
Information Management System (IMS).

Deadline is not later than 2100H of this day.
