Good morning Ms. Sarah Kotler:

This is a request for urgent and immediate release of documents related to

the the Pfizer and BioNTech Vaccine & The Moderna Vaccine to treat the
coronavirus that relate to the U.S. Patent No. 9,067,047 B2 dated June 30th, 2015,
invented by William H. Gates (aka Bill Gates) and others, listing energy harvesting
of animals through an injectible delivery system that include vaccines with lipids,
nanoparticles, genetic material, enzymes, polymers, polysaccharides injected into
the animal, especially human subjects, as mentioned in the patent, for extracting
energy that is transmitted to other external devices in order to fuel other energy
dependent systems, especially systems that require massive energy to function and
all energy dependent systems for that matter. While this seems like a wonderful
solution to our world’s energy “crisis”, and I am sure Nikola Tesla (free energy)
would agree, I am certain both he and I would also agree informed consent is
legally required from “human subjects” before inserting vaccine-carrying
nanoparticles with generatic material into a human’s body to harvest energy from
that human. Anyway, please hold off on full FDA Approval of the Pfizer and
BioNTech Vaccine & The Moderna Vaccine until further research can be done.

I understand the pressure the FDA must be under to rush the approval of
these vaccines but because these companies, and affiliated individuals, are
recommending the vaccine for 16-17 year-olds, as a child advocate and the
Founder of a small Christian company Be It Crew, I have duty to protect these
children. So I am recommending that the FDA use the standard review process for
full FDA Approval of Pfizer and BioNTech Vaccine & The Moderna Vaccine for
treatment of coronavirus and not rush the approval based on perceived pressure.
However, I do think it is a good idea to move on to more traditional vaccines for
treatment of the coronavirus and perhaps rigorously examine and compare the
statiscs and adverse reports of the “nontraditional” vaccines with the standard
traditional vaccines that we are all familiar with and have always used so that we
can ensure reliability. If the public safety and health are truly as at risk as it is being
reported, I recommend a lockdown again which will give us all sufficient time to
figure this out and know how to proceed.

Please expidite processing for this request because failure to obtain the
records quickly “could reasonably be expected to pose an imminent threat to the
life and physical safety” of many individuals, especially minors. This meets the
“compelling needs” standard.

Please publish this information once found in a Public Notice and contact
me with the information as to whether this information was located.
