Guidelines To Fill Application - SCSB Pension
For Employees
Enter the employee no. of the employee whose record you have to work upon and
click "Go". Select the employee.
Click on the "X" button to close the list of separated employees.
The application looks like this:
Check the data entered by employee from records and make necessary corrections
and save.
In the "application tracker" tab, click the button and choose the
action from the list as "Paper submitted by employee" and save and sign out.
Once the physical forms are signed by HoHR of the unit and forwarded to
Pension Trust, login again into the system and "select next action" as "Papers
forwarded to Pension Trust" and save and signout.
Status of an application can be tracked by using the Tab "application tracker".
