1.1. The Parties

This contract is made between ___________________________ (herein referred to as “Party
A”) which is a company under the laws of Liberia, with its business office at Congo Town, and
Management of DJ Nelly (herein referred to as “Party B”)

1.2. Event Date and location

This contract comes into effect on the date both parties’ sign this agreement .Event will start

2. Description of Service
____________ wishes to engage DJ to provide DJ services. DJ services shall include providing
musical entertainment and equipment at the location.

DJ will be given 2 tickets/invites for his entourage

  The DJ will perform song(s) that suit the right mood of the Event.

Setup for performance will be the responsibility of _____________________

DJ will come to the venue at _________________
3. PAYMENT
_____________ will pay artist an amount of $650 as fee for performance and equipment at

100% of said payment will be paid upon signing of this doc

4. Cancellation.
___________________ may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the event. Upon
cancellation, _________________ will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid
By DJ. DJ may cancel this Agreement at any time. If DJ cancels, it must provide a suitable,
replacement DJ, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the
alternative, DJ shall refund all monies previously paid by ____________________

If the DJ fails to show up on day of Event, Artiste will be required to repay full amount,
