Dear Parents and Students,

Greetings from Muthamil Public School!!!
Heartfelt appreciation to all the Parents for the successful participation of
“FIRST PARENTS MEETING” for this academic year 2021 – 2022.
Hereby, We request you to kindly make a note of the below mentioned
instructions to be followed from tomorrow (03.08.2021) onwards.
 We have planned to change the duration of class hours as given below and it
should be regularized from tomorrow.
 09.00 am – 09.10 am - Prayer
 09.10 am to 09.50 am – Period : I
 09.50 am – 10.10 am – Break
 10.10 am – 10.50 am – Period : II
 10.50 am to 11.10 am – Break
 11.10 am – 11.50 pm – Period : III
 11.50 pm – 12.10 pm – Break
 12.10 pm – 12.50 pm – Period : IV
 12.50 pm – 01.50 pm – Lunch Break
 01.50 pm – 02.30 pm – Period : V
 02.30 pm – 02.50 pm - Break
 02.50 pm – 03.30 pm – Period : VI
 03.30 pm – 03.40 pm - Prayer
 Everyday prayer will be conducted (recitation of school prayer alone) in both
beginning and as well as in closing hours by making one child to say (turn should
be allocated by the class teacher) and others to follow.
 Students should prepare maximum possible one-words as fill ups by reading the
textbook on their own within completed portions (sub titles).
 Instead of weekly test, unit test will be regularized for all the classes (9 to 12). First
unit test will begin from 16th August 2021(Monday).
 During unit test, 1 st period will be given for revision by the concern teacher before
the test.
 Unit test will be conducted for 50 marks with a duration of 90 minutes.
(1 ½ HRS) which contains40 MCQs(40 X 1 = 40), 5 short answers (5 X 2 = 10)
 All the students should submit their class work and home work note book to the
concern subject teachers for verification during the offline class. If more pending
work is there for all students in class work completion in the earlier month syllabus
(April to July), students can take the photocopy of study material sent by their
teachers and stick it in their class work note book except Math Subject to reduce
their copying workload at a time.
