How has the internet positively and negatively impacted

human society
The internet has become a major part of everyday life. People use it for a variety

of things. This includes shopping, looking up info, work, school, gaming, social media

etc. It has affected our society in a number of ways. The internet has been positive in

ways that make it easier for life. The internet has also negatively impacted the world in

which human beings live.

The internet has become a place where people can connect through social

media. Social media has a positive influence because it’s where people can connect

with other people. It can also be negative because people could be harassed on social

media. This could lead to a massive amount of depression and could possibly lead to

suicide.

You also have to include how the internet is used in other countries, like China

and Russia. The internet is still part of everyday life in China and Russia. The way the

media gets around is different in Russia. Different post-Soviet states not only adopted

the Internet differently but also demonstrated different trends of digital skills

development and digital engagement. Nowadays, these aforementioned countries are

part of the European Union, which provides common economic strategies, as well as

initiatives related to digitisation and the Internet.

The internet has made it so you can access the news instantaneously without

needing a newspaper or TV. This is more convenient than having to read a newspaper

or watch T.V. Things like this have made the internet positive in the way you get your

information.

You can also get your information through the internet by simply using search

engines. This makes it easy so that when you are itching for a desired answer to a

question you have, all you have to do is search it. Search engines have made it so easy

to search for things like questions, items, websites, etc.

Now, on to some of the negative things. People can hack your information like

your bank account. Hackers are probably the biggest negative of the internet because

they can steal your information online without a trace. It can be really hard to get that

information back.

Another negative is that others can use the internet to spread hate and terrorism.

This can be done through social media and similar devices. This is horrible because

they would be using the internet in a way that promotes hate and terrorism. The internet

should not be used in this way.

So as you may see, there are positives and negatives to the internet. The

internet has become a major part of everyday life. The positives overcome the

negatives. So the internet is here to stay. The internet is a part of our lives.
