ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN MATHEMATICS

S.Y 2019-2020

As part of the advocacies of the Department of Education to provide Quality

Education, the students of Union National High School gor the chance to enhance their skills
in Mathematics.
As part of the program of Mathematics Club, there were activities planned and
designated that geared towards the development of the students from June to March. Our
school offered programs that would make Math pleasurable to everyone. This taught the
students the techniques and methods of solving problems in Mathematics.

Last October 10-11, 2019, the Math Department facilitated Quiz Bee in each grade
level with three participants per section. The test was composed of 10 easy quaetions, 5
items in average and difficult round. The winners were declared after the event. On the
second day, october 11, 2019 was the culmination program. It was an activity spearheaded
by the Math teachers, officers, and members of the Mathematics Club.

Moreover, the school sent some students from Grade 7-11 who competed in the
District level Festival of Talents in Mathematics held at Monkayo National High School,
Monkayo Davao de Oro. However, students do not get the lucky spot to be representative in
the Division Level.

declared as winner. On the second day, october 11, 2019 was the culmination program. It
was an activity spearheaded by the Math teachers, officers, and members of the
Mathematics Club.

Moreover, the school sent some students from Grade 7-11 who competed in the
District level Festival of Talents in Mathematics held at Monkayo National High School,
Monkayo Davao de Oro. However, the rubics cube delegates compete in the science
category for some reasons that this year science subject borrowed the rubics category
wherein students compete and won and representative to Division Level.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT AS CHAIRPERSON IN SCHOOL TESTING COMMITTEE

S.Y 2019-2020

As part of the advocacies of the Department of Education to provide Quality

Education, the students of Union National High School develop their critical thinking skills in
comprehension.
As part of the program of Union National High School, is to formulate a committee
which is School Testing Committee to see to it that every quarter of the school year the
academic performance of the student has been measured.
The Testing Committee gathered to discuss and formulate a test questionnaire to be
used in every quarterly exam. Each team assigned in every grade level to gather and
formulate test questionnaires.
The team accomplished the following:

2. Diagnostic tests result (the pre-test and post test).
