    Medical Supplies Trading effective on the date the Stockist Appointment Agreement has been signed
    and approved.

    As Stockist and in behalf of your marketing business, you are hereby authorize to sell, distribute,
    promote, negotiate, tender, sell exhibits and responsible for all after-sale product in behalf of Ophirtech
    Medical Supplies Trading in the Philippine Territory particularly in the City of Parañaque and Muntinlupa
    to further recruit sub-agents, sub-distributor/stockist, for sale of the Company's top-selling product,
    HAVILAH HYPOCHLOROUS ACID.

    This Authorization shall continue subject to the faithful compliance of the terms and conditions set forth
    in the signed Agreement.
