PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR A QR CODE READER AND SCANNER

Short for Quick Response, QR codes are a type of barcode easily readable with
digital devices like smartphones. They store information as a series of pixels in a
square grid that can be read in two directions top to bottom and right to left unlike
standard barcodes that can only be read top to bottom. 
There exist two types of QR code namely: static and dynamic.
A static QR code cannot be modified once it has been created.
Dynamic QR codes allow you to change and edit the code as many times as you
need.
Uses of QR code:
Nowadays, QR codes are still used to track products and product information
through a supply chain, but they are also used for so much more.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
To analyze and design a system that will be able to handle QR code reader.

OBJECTIVES
To develop a scanner that will run on smart devices to capture QR code and be
able to give a meaningful information on all the devices and also make the
information to be unique to the different scanners. Make it affordable and easy to
use on all the devices to which the scanner will run in. And also less costly.
METHODOLOGY TOOL AND EQUIPMENT.
HOW TO CREATE A QR CODE:
1. DECIDE HOW YOU PLAN TO USE A QR CODE
In step 1 of creating a QR code, select how you plan to use it. Start with the end in
mind. What are my goals and needs? What information do I want to share?
A lot of QR code use cases relate to marketing. You may need to give users more
information than you can fit into a small space such as an ad, so you place a
scannable QR code that takes up very little space. A scan might lead the user to
landing pages or prompt users to take some other action.
2. FIND A QR CODE GENERATOR
The second step to create QR codes is to find a QR code generator.
