INTRODUCTION
Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into new materials and
objects. It is an alternative to "conventional" waste disposal that can save
material and help lower greenhouse gas emissions. Recycling can prevent the
waste of potentially useful materials and reduce the consumption of fresh raw
materials, thereby reducing: energy usage, air pollution, and water pollution.

In India, a proper waste management system is urgent necessary for the

following reasons:

(a) To control different types of pollution, i.e., air pollution, soil pollution,
water pollution etc.

(b) To stop the spread of infectious diseases.

(c) To conserve all our environmental resources, including forest, minerals

water etc.

(f) To recycling of hazardous wastes for further production.

To implement proper wastes management policy, successful and safe disposal

of solid and liquid wastes are very necessary.
HISTORY
Geographical, ecological, social, cultural and linguistic diversity. The population
of India was 1252 million in 2013, compared with 1028 million in 2001.
Population growth is a major India is experiencing rapid urbanization while
remaining a country with physical, climatic, contributor to increasing MSW in
India.

Waste generation rate depends on factors such as population density,

economic status level of commercial activity, culture and city/region. Data
provided on MSW generation in different states, indicating high waste
generation in Maharashtra (115 364–19 204 tones per day), Uttar Pradesh,
Tamil Nadu, West Bengal (11 523–15 363 tonnes per day), Andhra Pradesh,
Kerala (7683–11 522 tones per day) and Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat,
Karnataka and Mizoram (3842–7662 tones per day). Lower waste generation
occurs in Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Goa,
Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland and Manipur (less
than 3841 tonnes per day).

SIZE OF THE UNIT

We want to make the firm small scale industry and then to expand it.

PRODUCT
We want to make recycled plastic products like bottles, plastic toys
and household equipments.

MARKET POTENTIAL
 Plastic is used for disposal items like cans, sachets, PET bottles,
covers.
 The used scrap can be recycled for a good profit.
 India is the third largest consumer of plastic.
 This makes India a viable source for raw material and a
potential market.
 Recycled plastic is used by manufactures of covers, PVC pipes,
cans, bubble, wraps, bottles etc.
MANUACTURING PROCESS AND TECHNICAL
KNOWHOW

Will gather the waste material for our localities, town, etc.
Then it will be taken to the storage by waste pickup truck of our
plant where it will be stored.
There it will be put on conveyer which will take it to the
grinders.
It will crush up the materials into small pieces, so that it
becomes carry to shape it up.
After that those overhead materials will be again taken to a
convey belt that will lead it to the recycling machine.
That machines can properly mixed it and then it starts to shape
those materials into output.

DETAILS OF MACHINARY

 WASTE PICKUP TRUCK.

 WASTE STORAGE THAT DRY AND WELL VENTILATED.
 CONVEYER BELT
 LARGE SIZE PLASTIC SCRAP GRINDING MACHINE,
 PRODUCT SET MACHINE.
LOCATION AND LAYOUT
We select the location as-

NAZIRA, SIVASGAR, ASSAM, PIN- 785685

LAYOUT-
RAW MATERIALS AND ITS AVAILABILITY
1. USED PLASTIC COVERS
2. CAUSTIC SODA
3. PACKAGING BAGS

TECHNICAL STAFF
1. Machine operator
2. Conveyer belt operator
3. Orbital sander operator
4. Quality checker

EFFLUENTS (WASTE)
No waste will be produced as our plant used for recycling waste so
we can recycle our own waste also.

And can use it in producing other use full materials. While running
machines come out but we will use smoke reducing machine and will
try to reduce as much as we can.
TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT
COST OF THE MACHINE- 10,00,000

COST OF BUILDING - 5,00,000

COST OF LAND - 3,00,000

TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT- 18,00,000

MODE OF FINANCE
The mode of finance will be self-financed. We all partners will
contribute 6,00,000 rupees each for the project.

WORKING CAPITAL
We need Working capital for the raw material and electricity bills. So,
we estimated a cost of around 3,00,000 rupees will be sufficient for
working capital.
MANUACTURING COST AND PROFITABILITY
Manufacturing cost of per bottle – 2.5 rupees

Selling price of per bottle- 4.5 rupees

So, the profit per bottle will be – 2 rupees

Estimated production per day- 4000 units
