PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities include:
Tasked with migrating current Air Force (AF) bases to support new 10gig fully redundant infrastructure, tech
refreshing and eliminating old & unsupportable network equipment, and addressing AF wide bottleneck issues
Weekly meetings with base, mission critical, and PMO personnel to achieve project milestones leading up to NBBM
Upgrade
Performing individual base specific site surveys, identify unique critical base missions and programs, and establishing
migration plan
Create Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) for systematic and detailed documentation and planning
Interpret, modify, and convert existing router, L2/L3 switching configurations to adhere to AF NBBM standards
Perform after hours Authorized Service Interruptions to migrate Army posts during non-peak hours
Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between the NBBM Upgrade and the Base Area Network (BAN)
Install and configure dual Cisco SDP routers and Stacked-Wise-Virtual Link (SVL) connected Cisco L3 Catalyst
Switches, dual Palo Alto Firewalls, dual Gigamon Smart Taps, and dual Cisco L2 Catalyst Switches
Responsibilities include:
Configure 26 NOS operated NIPR and SIPR Service Delivery Points (SDP). IAW ENFAAS Project Guidelines
Configure 561st operated Internal Router. IAW ENFAAS Project Guidelines
Configure 83rd operated SDP Switch Stack (SDPSW) IAW ENFAAS Project Guidelines
Configure Palo Alto Application Based Firewall IAW ENFAAS Project Guidelines
Configure 26 NOS operated DNS Servers IAW ENFAAS Project Guidelines
Special projects as assigned. Such as: ENFAAS Deployment/Employment, 3 RD PARTY Switch Upgrade, and

IAW with the ENFAAS Project, performed updates to all APC Gigamon Gigavue-2404 devices (to version
11.0.29) to bring the device into compatibility
with the browser used at the 33 Network Warfare Squadron (NSW) such that full web access is available.
Responsible for designing and planning the next iteration of technology for the Air Force Network to address
the growing customer base, latency, and bandwidth limitations
Conducts cost/benefit analysis and provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection
Implementing design in test lab to conduct testing of network design to ensure stability and integrity
Responsible for monitoring network hardware operations to ensure properly set configuration options
Maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection
and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc. Evaluates and reports
on new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of the network
