Marketing Plan
In this document , we will elaborate our strategy to develop the employer branding for Exabyting.

The main aim of this marketing plan would be projecting Exabyting as a sought-after place to

work for software engineers.

Here are the marketing goals we will try to accomplish.

Giving a clear understanding to our Facebook followers or any new Facebook visitors about

the company and what it does and what it has done so far

Introducing the people working in the company

Why Exabyting is a fun place to work(workplace, perks, hangouts, gifts, birthday celebration)

Sharing the experiences of the employees working in Exabyting

Giving a demonstration of the caliber of the people working in Exabyting

INTRODUCING EXABYTE

An applicant always wants to know more

about the company before applying for a

particular position. He also wants to

understand what kind of work the company

does and its reputation in the software

industry.

In Bangladesh, there are different categories

of software companies, ranging from the ones

making WordPress websites to the few

renowned companies making large and

scalable software projects for banks, group of

industries among others. A Facebook post of Jarvis Digital saying what they do

under. done so far will be promoted in its Facebook

and Linkedin page.

Once it is identified, it will be illustrated with

a couple of visual posts on Exabyting’s

FUN WORKPLACE

Every company says that their company is a

fun place to work at. In order to make people

believe about this, we need to show them

rather than telling them. Remember, a picture

speaks more than a thousand words.

For this, we would post pictures of the

workplace, birthday celebrations, random

hangouts, celebrating the performer of the

year among others.

Exabyting stories will be all about the

testimonials of the employees working in the

company. In their testimonials, they will

express what it’s like working at Exabyting,

their professional milestones while working in

the company and others.

EXABYTING ENGINEERING

In this segment, we would be presenting

interesting engineering problems that our

engineers have faced while working and how

they’ve solved those in the form of blogs.

See, a good software engineer always wishes

to work in a place where he can get his

engineering as well as problem solving skills

improved while working on challenging

projects.

This is where blogs or virtual workshops on

system design, database design, dev ops,

machine learning , artificial intelligence and

so on will be a good way to reflect the

engineering caliber of your team

This proposal is just a preliminary planning of what we would like to execute if we come onboard with

Exabyting to improve its digital presence. Further details about the implementation of our marketing
