ORDER:

In the Government Order first read above, orders have been issued to met out the
tuition fees for first graduate students who were admitted in certain graduate courses under
single window system from the academic .year 2010-2011 at Government and Private
Colleges.

2. In the Government letters second and third read above, certain guidelines were
Issued for re-imbursement of tuition fees towards first graduate students of Para Medical
Courses.

3. In the letter fourth read above, the Director of Medical Education has stated that
73 Private Colleges of Nursing have submitted application for Reimbursement of tuition fees
of 891 first graduate B.Sc., Nursing students of Private Nursing Colleges admitted under
single window system for the academic year 2010-2011 as the year is already over and the
next academic year 2011-2012 has been commenced. The details of first graduate students
are annexed in the Annexure to this order.

4. The Director of Medical Education has requested the Government for the
reimbursement of tuition fees towards the said first graduate students. The payment of the
tuition fees per student in Private Nursing Colleges is Rs.20,0007- The total funds to be
provided to 891 students is Rs.1,78,20,0007- (891 X 20,0007-) in this regard.

5. The Government have carefully examined the proposal of the Director of Medical
Education and sanction a sum of Rs. 1,78,20,0007- (Rupees one crore seventy eight lakhs
and twenty thousand only) towards the reimbursement of tuition fees to the 891 first graduate
students selected for B.Sc., (Nursing) course in 73 Private Colleges (approved by the
Government) through single window counseling during the year 2010-2011.

6. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 5 above shall be debited to the following head
of account::-

"2210 - Medical and Public Health - 05 - Medical Education, Training
and Research - 105 - Allopathy - Schemes in the Twelfth Five Vear
Plan - II State Plan - KA - Reimbursement of Tuition Fees for First
Generation Graduates - 12 Scholarships and Stipends - 09 - Others".

7. The Director of Medical Education is authorized to draw and disburse the amount
sanctioned in Para 5 above.

8. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, Vide its U.O.
No.18636/Health 11/2012-1, Dated 12.04.2012.
