Leveraged digital approaches to solve pressing problems across three geographies in the infrastructure sector
Product Strategy & Design: Liaised with business leaders to design and deliver critical digital solutions for projects worth £10M+
• Pitched the idea of digitizing the inspection and automating the assessment of highway bridges to the UK & Europe Leadership
- Collaborated with engineering teams to implement a cloud-based solution for inspection and further assessment of three bridge types
- Achieved £250K savings in the first year by convincing five Bridge Engineering teams across UK & Europe for early adoption
