General Comments

 Use distilled water or prepare anti-freeze solution with 50% distilled water +
50% ethylene glycol.
 Do not use tap water, ion-free water, corrosive or food liquids or chemicals that
can damage the stainless-steel bath, the cooling pipes and the internal parts of the
bath (heating element, temperature sensor, circulation pump, water level sensor)
 Always ensure that the minimum level is above the top of the upper cooling pipe
in the bath to avoid damage to both heating element and the cooling system, due
to low volume, especially if working with high temperature.
 If the liquid level in the bath is low, the front water level indicator will turn on
and no heating will occur.
 If the working temperature is close to 0°C or negative, use anti-freeze solution
that contains 50% ethylene glycol + 50% distilled water.
 Clean the bath with soap and a non-scratching wet cloth, or with special spray
for cleaning stainless steel.
 When using the external pump (WBL-101/200), you should pay attention to the
correct connection of the pipes as shown on the diagram.
 Avoid insertion of objects and parts into the bath, which may enter the
circulation pump and cause the circulation motor and the external booster pump
to fail.
 Monthly, remove the front lower panel and clean well the dust from the radiator
with air pressure or soft brush.
 Do not spill liquids towards the upper control unit to prevent short circuit and
damages.
 Do not change parameters in the temperature controller unnecessarily.
 Use an isolated hose to the environment, when connecting to an external device,
to prevent accumulation of ice on the hoses.
 Do not put objects on the control unit or block the ventilation slots.
 Keep a wall space of at least 30 cm from all sides of the chiller

Main Temperature Controller

This control is marked TEMP. CONTROL and consists of the digital display and UP
and DOWN arrow pads for inputting set point temperatures and calibration.

PV- display of actual temperature inside cabinet.

SV- Set-up temperature indicator.
AT- Automatic Calculation P.I.D
OUT-Control system output indicator
ALM- Over-temperature protection indicator.
Once the indicator is lit, it means the temperature is over the set-up temperature range
for protection.
SET-If there is a temperature change, push this button first.
Then there is a 4-digit number shown on SV, and one of the lamps will be lit. The lamp
can be used to set up the temperature. To push ◄button to move left, and ▲button to
increase, ▼button to decrease.

Operation
1. Connect piping to the chiller as described on the diagram, depending on using
and type of the appliance.
2. Fill liquid above the top of the cooling pipes in the bath to avoid damage to both
the heating element and the cooling system.
3. Make sure that the water level indicator is OFF, if it is ON, fill more liquid.
4. Connect the main power plug to 230VAC and turn on the unit from the main
power switch.
5. If the working temperature is 30°C or below 30°C, turn the cooling system on.
6. Adjust the setpoint temperature, use the UP or DOWN Arrow keys and confirm
with SET button.
