Fitment integrity test system is very simple, it is based on a pressure
controller in order to adjust pneumatic pressure to 5 psi, a standard pneumatic piston and a plastic glass to be filled with water. No bubbles are expected to be seen in the water, to approve fitments integrity. We test the fitment for 30 seconds at 5PSI. test is done on a sample size of each batch produced. It is not a commercial tool but a hand-made useful system to check fitment tightness

Picture 1: General view of the tool. Picture 2: Cap and spout are placed on Picture 3 : Glass is turned down and the rim of the glass previously filled then compressed air is opened and with water. Once piston goes down pass to the fitment. glass is closed hermetically because we have neoprene joints to avoid any loose of pressure and maintain the whole system isolated.
