RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Master’s Dissertation, National Institute of Biologicals (NIB), Noida Feb ’20 - Apr ’20

Internal Guide: Dr. Kiran Kumar K.M., Assistant Professor, TOCS
Aim: “Potency and Identification Determination for Quality Control Testing of Insulin Analog Lispro”
HPLC machinery was used to trace back Insulin analog-lispro with system suitability and reference standards(RS), where two sets
of samples were used and then compared with RS.
To check the quality and potency of the drug, we examined the difference between peaks in the samples, and generated
chromatograms. This allowed our generated data to pass the scrutiny test.
Methodology: High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) operation, preparation of system suitability, standard reference and
samples for the operation, understanding different types of Insulin: long-acting (Glargine) & short-acting (Lispro), Development of
chromatograms and their interpretation.
Bachelor’s Dissertation, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur Mar ’15 - Jul ‘18
Dr. Renu Bhatt, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur [ Thesis ]
Compiled a literature survey on “A review on the anti-cancerous potential of Cissus quadrangularis”
Reviewed and scrutinized literature on methods like cell culture, preparation of plant extract, cytotoxicity analysis by MTT assay,
Haematoxylin/eosin staining, DAPI, and ANOVA.
