4. During the first lockdown in the 2020, the sales team was having a hard time building trust
with the customers via an online platform. I helped overcome the challenge by personalised
interactions and efforts that were relevant and timely.
5. I would like to describe my style of working to be like flowing water. I can adapt to whatever
vessel I am put into, and by that I mean that I can work alone as well as in a team quite fine.
7. If I get hired, the first thing i would like to tackle in this position is to tackle the
unavailability of the social media tools in the selling process.
8.Throughout my career, I have done some of my best work under pressure. I find that
routine makes us complacent, and I am always looking for challenges that push me to
give my best and to quickly come up with working solutions
9. I have worked for Crystal Hotel as Sales and Marketing personnel for 2 years. I have also
worked as a sales person for Duty Free Section in an International Airport.
10. I have attended several seminars as well as online training sessions for being a
Slaes and marketing personnel in the last year.
11. “Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience, which I shall bring to
your organization.I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and
teamwork skills, which I will put to use in my future career, which would be in your
organization if I am selected for the position.I have given my 100% effort in my past
companies, and this has enabled me to recognize my capabilities and limitations.
12. The Everest Hotel is located just 3 Kms from Kathmandu International Airport and
International Convention Centre and conveniently established at a place surrounded by
Tourist hotspots, shopping Centre, Pashupatinath and Changu Narayan Temple. View of the
mountains in the heart of city & Nepali Culture, these vistas are best admired from the
hotel’s 160 rooms and suites, aesthetically and tastefully appointed, the rooms are well lit
and offer all modern amenities such as spacious wardrobe, an LCD television, mini bar,
complimentary high speed internet for up to two devices per room.
13. I resigned from my last job to take care of a family issue. The issue is resolved so I
am able to work full time again without any issue.
15. I’m not very good at gauging how long a task will take me to finish. I quite
often underestimate the time it will take to do smaller jobs. The result is that I
don’t delegate enough time to larger, more important projects. I have to rush
to get things done. Sometimes I miss deadlines. To address the issue, I’ve
started taking time management courses
16. “Let me start by saying that I’m really excited about the position we are
discussing and my number one goal is to do the best job I can at this role. Having
said that, if down the line there’s an opportunity for advancement and I’ve proven
that I have not only the skills and experience needed to take on this next level of
responsibility, then of course I would be interested.I’m also really passionate
about the work I do and would love if there were opportunities for me down the
line to also be able to mentor other employees or new recruits to be successful
within this position, perhaps as a manager or supervisor.”
