LARGE OUTPUT CONVEYING CAPACITY TECHNOLOGY
Ash Flow Direction

Continuous Conveying:
Design Mechanism: two groups of conveying vessels with same output capacity
share same conveying pipeline. That is one group of vessels conveys while the
other group collects ash. Stop the rst group after all of the ash in this group has
been conveyed into the pipeline, and meanwhile start to convey the ash in the
other group. Repeat this operation for these two groups on regular basis to
guarantee that there is always ash available in the pipeline, so that the ash can be
continuously conveyed to ash silos.

Conveying by Multiple Big Conveying Vessels in Tandem:


Adopt three or four 5m³ above vessels in tandem, and use PIP (Pipe-in-Pipe) conveying to boost output capacity at each conveying circulation,
reduce the blowing time and conveying frequency and increase conveying output of the system

Key Equipment in Fly Ash Handling System-Double Disc Gate Valve
The sealing set adopts wear-resisting alloy to increase the valve’s wear-resisting property and working life.
By using self tightening sealing, the valve plate can achieve low pressure double-direction sealing to remove
dragging or ash deposition.
In view of different temperatures for different media, these valves are available with ambient temperature and
high temperature also.
They are mainly used as ash feeding valves, vent valves, ash-relief valve and pipeline switch valves, etc.

Limestone Powder Handling System


1 System Introduction : To Convey the Limestone Powder to Material Receiving area by Compressed Air

2 Two Primary Functions of System :

Desulphurization. That is, via Limestone’s Dissolution(Ca2CO3) and a series of other reactions, to convert the sox in Flue Gas
Into Solid CaSO4, Which Will Be Discharged By Slag Removal System. The Desulphurization Efciency in current work condition can
achieve at least 85%. .

Exchange Of Materials On Bed. Maintain the stability of materials circulation amount by adding limestone powder, which is good
for adjusting bed temperature and further guarantee the steady running of Boiler
