I am one of the plasma University students; I am currently completing my

final research report for my first bachelor degree in Medicine and General Surgery
(MBBS). This questionnaire involves collecting valuable information about “effect of
parasitic infections on children less than 10 yrs old in Deynile district, Mogadishu-
Somali ”. I would like to invite you to take part in this important of the data of
dissertation.
The questionnaire was collected to deyniile district in Mogadishu –Somalia; the close-
ended type of questionnaire was used this was preferred because it gives reliable results.
