The first safety issue of planting is the bites or stings from insects.

For an example The West

Nile Virus which comes from mosquitoes. The solution is we should wear suitable clothing to
cover up ourselves from insect bites and heat from the sun. We can also use insect repellents
containing DEET or Icaridin to repel ticks and other insects.

The next safety issue is about disease from the plant or insects. A plant becomes diseased when it
is continuously disturbed by some causal agent that disrupts the plant's normal structure, growth,
function or other activities. For an example Lyme disease, also known as Rocky Mountain
spotted fever, is a form of tick-borne illness. Controlling aphids, leafhoppers, thrips, bugs and
other disease can help to minimize disease. Organic, synthetic insecticides or biological
surveillance can be used to control insect vectors. The damages skin must be covered with a
waterproof plaster before work is started.

The last one is when planting the trees; we should avoid contact with branches, thorns and twigs.
Furthermore, slopes, uneven ground or objects on the ground cause slips, trips and falls. To
overcome this problem we should handle thorny stuff with leather protective gloves and also it is
necessary to wear sturdy footwear. To shift plants and equipment over longer distance, have
wheelbarrows and other handling aids.
