EXCESSIVE SALT USE
Excessive SALT use goes deep into the liver. That's why you need the celery, to
get this BAD SALT out of your liver.
I'm supportive of SEA SALT and HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT, but...
Too much still goes into the liver - pickles the liver, SALTS it.
Celery juice pulls those SALTS out of the liver.

BAD SALTS / GOOD SALTS
If you used BAD SALTS over the years, they get trapped inside the liver. They
stay in the liver. This is not good. But if you use GOOD SALTS -like SEA SALT
and HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT- it's better, but it stays inside the liver too. You
can actually hurt your liver from OVER SALTING.
I like the CLUSTER SALTS, that no one knows about - Science & Research
doesn't know yet they're inside celery. These go into the liver, bind onto BAD
SALTS -even SEA SALT, which is a HEALTHY SALT- they grab on to them and
pull them out of the liver. To reverse the aging process. The aging process has
everything to do with the liver.

Is SALT good or bad? Every decade in the health world, the trend seems to
switch back and forth. The real answer is that a little HEALTHY SALT can be
okay; SEA SALT or GOOD MOUNTAIN ROCK SALT here and there is tolerable
for your liver. A pinch of these SALTS in your life is not going to hurt it. It’s
when we overdo SALT, particularly the WRONG SALT, and when we overdo
SALT within a high-fat diet that we need to be cautious. Fat cells tend to
encapsulate SALTS, which in turn dehydrate the fat cells. When a fat cell is
forced to be dehydrated, it becomes denatured and not as easily removed

and collect in the liver—so the more SALT in the diet, the more fat tends to
denature and stay there. Too much SALT also dehydrates organs, muscles, and
glands. The heart and liver, for example, need to sustain a certain amount of
hydration, and excessive use of SALT in its raw form conflicts with this. It’s
dehydrating to the brain, too. Even though the brain runs on SODIUM as a
neurotransmitter chemical, that SODIUM needs to be derived from a food
itself, not SALT added to food. A common mistake in natural health right now
is to add SALT to water, thinking that it’s healthy when it’s really not. We
should be adding celery and celery juice, coconut water, spinach, sea
vegetables, lemons, and limes to our meals, because their naturally occurring
SODIUM won’t dehydrate our organs. It’s actually very good for the liver, in

SODIUM CLUSTER SALTS
You’re going to see talk of SODIUM in this book, most often of SODIUM
CLUSTER SALTS. If you have a shaky history with SODIUM and the word makes
you nervous, let me assure you that the SODIUM in celery juice is beneficial.
Even if you’re on a LOW-SODIUM diet, you can still have celery juice. It’s not
like eating a food that’s had TABLE SALT—or even healthier SALTS like
HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT or CELTIC SEA SALT—thrown on it. While your body
does not see regular SALT added to food as a friend, it accepts the SODIUM
from celery juice as one of its own.
Celery juice is on your side. It actually removes crystallized TOXIC SALTS that
have been in your organs for years. Now, if you get a blood test when you’re
on celery juice, it could show elevated SODIUM. What the test is really
detecting are these old, TOXIC SALTS that celery juice is rounding up and
sending out of your body. Plus, chances are you haven’t given up TABLE SALT,
so the blood analysis is picking up on that SALT in your system as well. Blood
testing isn’t nuanced enough to pick up on the difference.
A blood test could detect some SODIUM from celery juice, too, although it’s
going to be what I call MACRO SODIUM, a common form of PLANT SODIUM
that’s entirely healthy and needed. It’s so beneficial and balancing that it
doesn’t spike the blood—meaning that if a blood test is displaying elevated
SODIUM, celery juice’s SODIUM isn’t causing it. Elevated SODIUM levels are
also not caused by celery juice’s SODIUM CLUSTER SALTS. A blood test isn’t
sensitive enough to pick up on celery juice’s SODIUM CLUSTER SALTS; testing
isn’t geared to find them, because they’re a subgroup of SODIUM that hasn’t
been discovered yet by research and science. [...]
All SALT is not the same. Although it can be easy to believe that SODIUM is
SODIUM whether it’s in the ocean, a vegetable, soil, rock, or a SALT lake, it’s
not. If viewing it properly in a chemist’s lab, a technician would discover the

would find that the SALTS cluster around each other, acting as one—as the
SODIUM in no other herb, vegetable, or mineral does. Not even the SALT in

majority of restaurants worldwide rely on SALT. If you had never in your life

put in food. We’re a “SALTED” culture right now.
Where does all that SALT you eat go? Does it just flow right out of your body

If you used BAD SALTS over the years, they get trapped inside the liver. They
stay in the liver. This is not good. But if you use GOOD SALTS -like SEA SALT
and HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT- it's better, but it stays inside the liver too. You

Kala namak (Urdu / Hindi) or bire noon (Nepalese; literally "black salt") is a
type of rock salt, a salty and pungent-smelling condiment used in South Asia.
It is also known as "Himalayan black salt", Sulemani namak, bit lobon, kala
noon, or pada loon or in Bhojpuri "padaniya noon". It is found mostly in the
Himalayas.
The condiment is composed largely of sodium chloride with several other
components lending the salt its colour and smell. The smell is mainly due to its
sulfur content. Because of the presence of Greigite (Fe3S4, Iron(II,III) sulfide) in
the mineral, it forms brownish pink to dark violet translucent crystals when
whole. When ground into a powder, its color ranges from purple to pink.
Kala namak has been praised in Ayurveda and used for its perceived medical
qualities.[1][2]

PRODUCTION
The raw material for producing kala namak was originally obtained from
natural halite from mines in Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan in certain
locations of the Himalayas salt ranges,[3][4] or from salt harvested from the
North Indian salt lakes of Sambhar Salt Lake or Didwana and the Mustang
District of Nepal.[5]
Traditionally, the salt was transformed from its relatively colourless raw natural
forms into the dark coloured commercially sold kala namak through a
reductive chemical process that transforms some of the naturally occurring
sodium sulfate of the raw salt into pungent hydrogen sulfide and sodium
sulfide.[6] This involves firing the raw salts in a furnace for 24 hours while
sealed in a ceramic jar with charcoal along with small quantities of harad
seeds, amla, bahera, babul bark, or natron.[5][6] The fired salt is then cooled,
stored, and aged prior to sale.[3] Kala namak is prepared in this manner in
northern India with production concentrated in Hisar district, Haryana.[6] The
salt crystals appear black and are usually ground to a fine powder that is pink.
Although the kala namak can be produced from natural salts with the required
compounds, it is common to now manufacture it synthetically. This is done
through combining ordinary sodium chloride admixed with smaller quantities
of sodium sulfate, sodium bisulfate and ferric sulfate, which is then chemically
reduced with charcoal in a furnace. Reportedly, it is also possible to create
similar products through reductive heat treatment of sodium chloride, 5–10%
of sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, and some sugar.[6]
COMPOSITION
Kala namak consists primarily of sodium chloride and trace impurities of
sodium sulfate,[7][8] sodium bisulfate, sodium bisulfite, sodium sulfide, iron
sulfide and hydrogen sulfide.
Sodium chloride provides kala namak with its salty taste, iron sulfide provides
its dark violet hue, and all the sulfur compounds give kala namak its slight
savory taste as well as a highly distinctive smell, with hydrogen sulfide being
the most prominent contributor to the smell. The acidic bisulfates/bisulfites
contribute a mildly sour taste.[4] Although hydrogen sulfide is toxic in high
concentrations, the amount present in kala namak used in food is small and
thus its effects on health are negligible.[4] Hydrogen sulfide is also one of the
components of the odor of rotten eggs and boiled milk.[9]
USES
Powdered kala namak
Kala namak is used extensively in South Asian cuisines of Bangladesh, Nepal,
India and Pakistan as a condiment or added to chaats, chutneys, salads, all
kinds of fruits, raitas and many other savory Indian snacks. Chaat masala, an
Indian spice blend, is dependent upon black salt for its characteristic sulfurous
hard-boiled-egg aroma. Those who are not accustomed to black salt often
describe the smell as similar to rotten eggs.[1] Kala namak is appreciated by
some vegans in dishes that mimic the taste of eggs. It is used, for example, to
season tofu or avocado to mimic an egg salad[10] or deviled eggs.[11]
Kala namak is considered a cooling spice in Ayurveda and is used as a laxative
and digestive aid.[3][7][8][12] It is also believed to relieve flatulence and
heartburn. It is used in Jammu to cure goitres.[12] This salt is also used to treat
hysteria and for making toothpastes by combining it with other mineral and
plant ingredients.[3]

HOW CELERY JUICE’S SODIUM CLUSTER SALTS HELP YOU HEAL
(Excerpt from Medical Medium Celery Juice book)
If you have a shaky history with sodium and the word makes you nervous, let me
assure you that the sodium in celery juice is beneficial. Even if you’re on a low-
sodium diet, you can still have celery juice. It’s not like eating a food that’s had table
salt—or even healthier salts like Himalayan rock salt or Celtic sea salt—thrown on it.
While your body does not see regular salt added to food as a friend, it accepts the
sodium from celery juice as one of its own.
Celery juice is on your side. It actually removes crystallized toxic salts that have been
in your organs for years. Now, if you get a blood test when you’re on celery juice, it
could show elevated sodium. What the test is really detecting are these old, toxic
salts that celery juice is rounding up and sending out of your body. Plus, chances are
you haven’t given up table salt, so the blood analysis is picking up on that salt in
your system as well. Blood testing isn’t nuanced enough to pick up on the
difference.
A blood test could detect some sodium from celery juice, too, although it’s going to
be what I call macro sodium, a common form of plant sodium that’s entirely healthy
and needed. It’s so beneficial and balancing that it doesn’t spike the blood—
meaning that if a blood test is displaying elevated sodium, celery juice’s sodium isn’t
causing it. Elevated sodium levels are also not caused by celery juice’s sodium
cluster salts. A blood test isn’t sensitive enough to pick up on celery juice’s sodium
cluster salts; testing isn’t geared to find them, because they’re a subgroup of sodium
that hasn’t been discovered yet by research and science.
So celery juice’s beneficial macro sodium only stabilizes the blood; it won’t lead to
high sodium readings. Again, though, it could take a little time to get to those
stabilized readings, or they could come and go, because (1) it’s really easy to
overindulge in table salt, since it’s practically everywhere, and that’s going to show
up on a blood test, and (2) periodically, celery juice is going to be clearing out
pockets of old, toxic salt as it reaches them deep in the organs, and that’s going to
throw off blood test interpretations.
Celery juice’s complicated structures of beneficial sodium are elevated above other
types, with different jobs and responsibilities. This is an entirely different make and
model of sodium. It serves as a critical component of neurotransmitters—better said,
it’s the ultimate neurotransmitter chemical. It’s what makes celery juice the most
powerful electrolyte beverage on the planet. Nothing can surpass or even equal it.
Let’s talk more about the undiscovered subgroup of celery juice’s sodium that I call
sodium cluster salts. “Sodium” and “salt” may sound a bit redundant, and yet it
communicates that they are mineral salts that cluster around the macro sodium in
celery juice. That is, sodium cluster salts are a separate acting group of compounds
that surround the element we know as sodium in celery, all of it arranged in a
structured form, almost like our solar system. Trace minerals also reside in these
living, moving clusters. Some trace minerals are bonded to the sodium cluster salts
themselves, and some simply float inside the clusters.
There is information for us within these clusters. That’s rare. For the most part, plants
are all about themselves. (Sound a bit like humans sometimes?) The information
they contain is largely geared to sustaining themselves in their habitat, to accessing
nourishment, to survival. Celery is different. Some of its information is for us, or for
other animals consuming it. Sodium cluster salts aren’t there as a defense
mechanism or to keep the celery healthy as it’s growing; they aren’t there to keep
the plant alive. They’re for us. Sodium cluster salts contain information for our own
well-being that’s activated when it enters our bodies. Information from the plant—
the herb—itself and information from the sun as the plant was growing. Information
about its purpose and how it can help the creature consuming it. Information about
the complex job of extending our lives. Even if celery is grown in poor soil, it will still
possess its cluster salts.
All salt is not the same. Although it can be easy to believe that sodium is sodium
whether it’s in the ocean, a vegetable, soil, rock, or a salt lake, it’s not. If viewing it
properly in a chemist’s lab, a technician would discover the various salts contained
within the sodium in celery juice. That technician would find that the salts cluster
around each other, acting as one—as the sodium in no other herb, vegetable, or
mineral does. Not even the salt in the ocean behaves in the particular way that this
humble herb’s does.
The sodium cluster salts in celery juice are able to neutralize toxins as they’re
floating through the bloodstream and organs. That means that when the cluster
salts touch them, they disarm the troublemakers, making them more friendly and
acceptable to the body and less toxic, so that they don’t do harm to our human cells
and organ tissue.
Toxic heavy metals are a particular type of toxin that celery juice’s sodium cluster
salts take on. Heavy metals have a destructive, active charge to them that causes the
metals to be damaging to liver cells, brain cells, and other cells throughout the body.
Cluster salts defuse the charge, rendering them inactive and less aggressive,
specifically disarming toxic heavy metals such as copper, mercury, and aluminum.
Sodium cluster salts also fight off unwanted bacteria and viruses. (You’ll read so
much more about this ability throughout the next chapter.) Tricky bugs such as strep
can’t become resistant or immune to them, the way they can to pharmaceutical
antibiotics, so the cluster salts keep on working as you drink celery juice over time.
Celery juice’s mineral salts are able to kill off bacterial, fungal, and viral overgrowth
as they travel through the small intestine and colon, and even once they’re absorbed
into the bloodstream and pulled up into the liver through the hepatic portal vein.
They’re an incredible antiseptic in this way, enhancing your entire body’s immune
system.
These mineral salts are also able to support the liver in producing bile. That’s partly
because the cluster salts enter the bile to make it stronger and partly because the
celery juice rejuvenates the liver overall, allowing it to function properly and produce
bile more efficiently. This is one aspect of what makes celery juice extraordinary for
the liver.
To recap: The sodium in celery juice is suspended in living water within the celery.
Inside that living water are sodium cluster salts, tightly connected to it. So the cluster
salts surround and suspend sodium, and they’re also varieties of sodium themselves.
The different forms of sodium become one and they’re also separate. That’s how
celery juice is structured. Medical research and science haven’t identified this yet
because they haven’t tried to look beyond “celery has salt.” It’s not nearly that
simple. If they analyze it superficially, it’s going to look like salt. If they analyzed it
further, they would be able to separate out and identify the different varieties of
sodium within celery juice. And then they would be closer to identifying all that
these sodium cluster salts do for our health.

the juice I posted earlier was orange/cilantro. It was about 8 oranges and a whole
bunch of cilantro and it was freaking delicious. I liked that it was also two of the

SALT IN ATLANTIC SEA VEGETABLES
Again, we’re talking about SALT that we add to food here. That’s different from the
SODIUM SUBGROUP in celery juice that helps us cleanse and detox and fight
pathogens. It’s also different from the SALT found in Atlantic sea vegetables—that is,
edible seaweed such as dulse and kelp. A sea vegetable is different from dehydrated
ocean water (SEA SALT) because the sea vegetable contains a NATURALLY
CONTROLLED AMOUNT OF SALT from the ocean that’s both inside the vegetal
material and also, when dry, on its surface. Sea vegetables benefit us because they
grab on to and eliminate toxic heavy metals and radiation from our bodies, and
because of their SALT LIMIT, they don’t contain enough SEA SALT to interfere with
this process. So there’s a distinction between TABLE SALT—even the HIGHEST-END
TABLE SALT—and the NATURALLY OCCURRING SODIUM found in healing foods.
Sprinkling dulse on a salad is so much different from having SALT in your food
multiple times every single day. A piece of seaweed cannot be compared to how
much SALT is on one slice of pizza alone.

FOOD WARS (CTH, page 11)

It’s important to stay away from all that misinformation, hatred & anger. It’s all
rooted in guesswork & ideology. Realize that the people who are the least sick are
the most vocal in food wars. They don’t have the answers and they’re out of touch
with those on mattress island (the bedridden) that have been to 20 doctors.
SALT
I use Celtic Sea Salt for my family when I want a little bit of salt to taste. We are often
told that salt is healthy in our diet as long as it is in high-quality form. Salt is
nutritious, they have minerals in them, but these salts still prevent the body from
cleansing. Cleansing is critical to get rid of pathogens and toxic heavy metals!
You do not heal with a pinch of salt in a glass of water. The sodium cluster salts in
celery juice bind onto toxins and take them out of the body. Celery juice also kills off
pathogens. The sodium in celery is different from normal salt. Regular salt, including
Himalayan and Seasalt, are not detoxifiers. When we have these salts, it dehydrates
the body by moving water away from organs that need it. Water has to be in your
cells! When we have too much salt, it draws water out of the organs that need it and
put it in the ones that don’t. This can slowly pickle our organs. Fluid retention is the
last thing you want if you are cleansing or detoxing. A pinch of salt in home-cooked
meals is fine, it’s the salt in restaurants and takeaways you better avoid. We are all
chronically dehydrated, we do not need more salt.
•Salt preserves toxins and poisons within the body.
•Salt holds onto poisons and toxins and concentrates them within our body and
organs.
•Salt disrupts the body’s immune system.
•It removes water from our natural killer cells. Your white blood cells need water to
be alive and thrive!
•Interfering with their ability to seek out and kill pathogens
•Salt dehydrates your immune system.
We are talking about salt added to food, not celery or seaweed or kelp. Sea
vegetables contain a natural amount of salt. The salt on pizza or dairy products is
not healing salt. When you are working on healing, there is no need to throw salt on
everything.
CORN
One of the reasons to stay away from corn is that it is very rare for the corn that we
eat to be organic. When we are eating conventional corn, we are eating an
aggressive form of GMO. GMO corn harbours toxins that we have never been
exposed to before.
Corn feeds pathogens that we are trying to cleanse from. Even though corn was
grown organically from seed with no pesticides, herbicides etc. it doesn’t necessarily
mean that it is non-GMO. Corn was used recently to feed pathogens in laboratories.
These pathogens developed an appetite because they were fed corn. Although corn
is nutritious, it has been altered too much for us to get benefits from it.
It is a misconception that viruses are dead within our body. Viruses, such as shingles
and EBV, were trained to feed off of medical grade corn. Hawaii is GMO Central.
They grow medical grade corn.

Your immune system HAS to have water. Your white count, your basophils,
neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, your killer cells, your white blood count, HAS
to have water to be active, alive, and thrive, to go through your lymphatic system
and destroy pathogens. Your natural killer cells, your white blood cells, they NEED
that water, and salt rips it from them, takes it from them, snatches it from them -
interfering with their ability to seek out and destroy pathogens. It dehydrates your
immune system. Salt dehydrates your white count. The very thing you need to
protect yourself and survive here.
WE CAN'T BE SALTING OURSELVES TO DEATH
Look, if you need to protect your immune system we can't be salting ourselves to
death. We have to be cautious, and we have to be careful.

Kala namak is a kiln-fired rock salt with a sulphurous, pungent-smell. It is also known
as Lava salt, Volcanic salt, "Himalayan black salt", Sulemani namak, bit lobon, kala
noon, or pada loon.
I personally love it, because it turns an avocado or potato into the best egg I ever
tasted.
But watch out for the synthetic version of this salt! It’s a chemical product and it
contains MSG that might not be mentioned on the label. In The Netherlands it isn’t,
so always look for a 100% natural product.
