1. All the concerned Firms/Dealers/Suppliers shall repair/ maintain the damaged part/s during
the Warranty period without charging any penny from the University.
2. The dispute, if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar Courts only.
3. Supply shall be at the risk & responsibility of supplier till it is, properly handed over to
University of Kashmir,
4. If item supplied is found of substandard quality by the inspection team/third party or not as
per the mentioned specification, no payment shall be made.
5. All the terms & conditions as mentioned in the Tender Document/NIT shall also be
applicable for University Campuses, Hazratbal, Srinagar.
