Second Phase: (Software Front End and Back End Development)

Final Phase: (Testing & Uploading)

Testing: 5,000/-

Training (3days): Not Chargeable

Total Costing: INR 70,000/-

Amount in Words: Seventy thousand only

Turnaround time:

We estimate that the total project can be completed within 20 working days after getting
official AOC. If you are working with a tight deadline, we can discuss arrangements to
complete the project sooner.

T&C:
 GST Shall be charged extra as applicable @ of 18%
 The quoted price is basic price.
 All quotation provided by DESKOM, require a 50% deposit upon acceptance.
 Unless the agreement between Webcon Consulting (INDIA) Ltd and DESKOM is
being changes, final payment is strictly net 10 days from the date of completion.
  DESKOM will only commence work on the quoted application once any deposited
funds have cleared.

 The Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) will be normally applicable 40% of

development cost of project/module; each year the development cost for new
module will be added to the initial development cost for the calculation of AMC.
 Add on requirement (both in front end and back end) will be chargeable and in that
case the timeline will be varying according with the requirement.
 Website contain will be provide by Webcon Consulting (India) Ltd.
 This quotation is not for webmail support.
 Application developer is responsible for first time installation.
 We will provide a single point contact person name and phone no from our support
team.
 Any third party integration will be chargeable.
 This quotation will be valid till 30 days from the date of issue.
