Will these scores decrease in the future?

It depends on you, If you install any app (i.e Alireviews)

and insrt code directly in the theme without proper
manner they may be your scores a little bit decrease.

Shopify admin dashboard showing me the same
previous score, when it will update the new scores?

Optimization is finished now Shopify takes 3-5 days to update the

scores so don't worry about it. Actually, Shopify does the
analysis of pages based on traffic daily and updates the
scores. For your satisfaction I'm inserting below some
screenshots of my previous work so, don't worry about it.

Shopify use Google Page Insight to measure the score and in the
screenshot, you can see Score Start Increasing from 17 March and
goes till 20
 How I Can Check the Score ?
Go To Shopify Dashboard and click view report after that
click on see how we calculate score and then you will see
home,product and collection page just click View Insight And
you will see the Current score
 Tips for Maintaining Speed
When You Delete the app makes sure its code is not in
the theme files.
Newly added product Images must be of normal
quality in the store, not too high resolution.
Rely on custom coding and fewer vendors.
Don't Use Pagefly for Building pages especially the
home page
Avoid using gifs and videos by using YouTube CDN or Vimeo
CDN.
If you want to use gifs then I will recommend, convert gif into
video then upload it using Shopify CDN, run it as a mute and
infinite loop. In this way, it will react like a gif.
If video is necessary to use then similarly gif I will recommend
you to use Shopify CDN because when you use other CDN like
YouTube or Vimeo for videos Shopify redirect the request ,
Every time redirecting to outside CDN can slow down you speed
