Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Judy Alexander,

I would like to introduce me. My name is Flora Powell, owner of Town & Country Landscaping.

We are a landscaping company for 10 years in the market and, over these years, our greatest
achievement is to see our customers satisfied.

We value the quality of our landscaping services, always striving for excellence, providing
personalized service and always respecting the principles of the environment.

About a year ago we had the pleasure of carrying out a project for a former resident of the
residence, Mrs. Hunter.

Our project, like all others carried out by Town & Country Landscaping, has a guarantee.

However, our contractor moved out of the site after six months. Due to lack of maintenance,
during the approximately ten months that the property was closed, our project suffered
natural damage.

For this reason, it is not possible to replace the landscaping as requested.

Our projects are always designed to make life easier for our customers. A valuable tip we give
to all our customers is to invest in deep irrigation and fertilizers. So it will be possible to
rejuvenate the lawns when necessary, which will bring a great improvement to your garden.

We are willing to visit the site, do an assessment and see what can be done to bring back the
beauty of your property's garden.

Together, we can make a project that suits your personality, I'm sure you will be happy and
fulfilled. We can present some work done to your neighbors, so that they can get to know a

For my final version, I was inspired by the advice of my colleague Carlos, so that I didn't use
so many pronouns.
I made changes with this in mind throughout my letter.
The letter now is more suitable.
Reading my colleagues' versions in the drafts, I could see things that would complete mine.
As I mentioned to my colleague Jona, I thought it was interesting to direct them to the
company's website, where they could see projects, comments from other customers and
other important information, which would complement the information I wanted to give in
the letter.
