SOP for Students & Parents


for
Reopening of Vidyalaya
For Class 10th and 12th (2021-22)

1. Classes for 10th and 12th will commence from 2nd August 2021.
2. Practical classes will be focused along with theory classes.
3. Parents will give their written consent in the format provided before sending their ward
to school.
4. School timing will be 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The revised time table will be communicated
to students.
5. Students will be allowed to enter school premises after measuring body temperature by
thermal scanning. A student found abnormal body temperature or any symptom of cold
or cough will not be allowed.
6. Wearing mask is compulsory all the time.
7. Students are advised to keep extra mask with them.
8. Each student will keep hand sanitizer, drinking water and hygiene food with them.
Students will not share their food, water or hand sanitizer with other student.
9. Proper social distancing must be maintained during class, recess, arrival, departure and
while communicating with teachers and classmates.
10. Students will sit in their allotted seat only (one bench one student). Exchange/rotation of
seat is not allowed.
11. If any student or their family member is having symptom of Covid-19, then the student
should not come to school and the same should be informed to class teacher through
Whatsapp.
12. Handshake, Hugging and gathering must be avoided.
13. Student must not enter to other class, labs or departments without prior permission.
14. Students must not enter to toilet or water points in group.
15. Don’t be discouraged or panic. Always have positive thinking.

All the students and parents are requested to read Do’s and
Don’ts in the next page and sign the consent form and declaration
given in last page.
Do’s (for students)
1. Arrival at school in uniform in time.
2. Wear mask all the time.
3. Sanitize at the entry point.
4. Bring your own food & water bottle it should not be shared and exchanged.
5. Maintain social distancing.
6. Sit only on allotted seats.
7. Have positive thinking.
8. Maintain your dairy.
9. Communicate with teachers and friends.
10. In case of any problem contact class teacher immediately.

Don’ts (for students)


1. Avoid shaking hands, hugging and gathering in groups.
2. Entry to other class.
3. Entry to labs & other departments without permission.
5. Entry to water points and toilets in groups.
6. Not to bring mobile phones/ any electronic gadgets without the permission of
teacher/principal.
7. Movements in corridors/fields/garden etc.
8. Be discouraged.
9. Be panic.
10. Bringing negative thoughts.

Do’s (for parents)


1. Drop and pick at your risk. Avoid sending your ward by public vehicle.
2. Sign the consent letter.
3. Ensure that the child is in good health.
4. Supervise if the child carries books, tiffin, water bottle etc.
5. Arrange clean/hygienic mask.
6. Get the child mentally ready for the new routine.
7. Ensure their emotional safety.
8. Encourage your wards and motivate them to read and write.
9. Ask to practice social distancing, covid-19 safety guidelines.
10. Clean & sanitize the mask, uniform regularly.
11. Give healthy, home cooked food.
12. Download the Aarogya Setu app.

Don’ts (for parents)


1. Use of public transports for conveyance.
2. Arrange food from outside venders.
3. Avoid social gathering.
4. Allow the wards to mix with friends outside.
5. Allow the wards in case of illness.
6. Mobile/phones & other electronic gadgets.
