NTA successfully conducted Joint CSIR UGC NET Dec. 2019 Exam for Junior Research
Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS) in online mode on 15th Dec, 2019 and 27 Dec, 2019
for subjects such as Mathematical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences
and Physical Sciences. As per the analysis, we have found that Dec. 2019 Exam was Slightly
Easy as compared to previous Exam. In Mathematical Sciences Paper, most of the question
were Conceptual, Formula based, Numerical and Application Based.
CSIR conducts UGC NET Exam for determining the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award
of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and for determining eligibility for appointment as Lecturer
(LS) in the areas of Mathematical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemical
Sciences, Physical Sciences. The award of Junior Research Fellowship to the successful eligible
candidates will depend on their finding admission/ placement in a University/ National
laboratory/ Institution of higher learning and research, as applicable.
