Maxcom is a company that is a debt collection merchant that steps in on behalf of client
business based companies to collect payments and follow up on debtors and debt
defaulters.
Their primary objective is to ensure that debtors pay on time, if not, then a clear
communication and a proper layout payment is made.
In this regard therefore, Maxcom of late has come to notice that using pens, paper,
phone, emails and computer files hasn’t been effective in keeping records. They
therefore have sought the services of information technology professional to see the
implementation of a software system that is all inclusive and vitally, reduce the
inconsistencies in records.
