Traffic Light Key: Determine the activities that suit you best! The colour represents the beginning level of each activity – obviously you are in charge of the ultimate level you
work at. For example, the walk at the pitch is designated a green activity as it will be mostly low intensity; however, you could walk faster to make it more suitable for you! Be
sensible and know your limits! Don’t try to do two activities every day of every week – this is an 8 week programme!
