To be able to pack your coffee in personalised packaging we require a pdf label to print and put on
your bag. The label must meet the following criteria:
4) The label should not contain areas of solid colour. The labels are printed by an industrial inkjet
printer. If you have solid colours, then there is a risk that any blocked jets will stand out like a sore
thumb. This is particularly true when you have dark block colours. Instead consider using 50%
colours or patterns.
5) Once you are ready to let us have the label, please save it into a folder on dropbox.com ( the
accounts are free) and then share this folder with dropbox@pollards.com. We are happy to help
you with this if you need it. By sharing your label in this way, you keep the master copy and should
you wish to make any changes in the future, they will be on our print server within minutes.
To help you with these, we have attached a sample label which includes the drop down boxes and a
script to auto populate the date fields. There are other fields which deal with the alignment of the
printing when the label is printed. Fee free to use this as the basis of your label.
We regret that we are unable to process any orders on our drop shipping service that do not meet
these criteria. We are happy to discuss any changes you may want to make to these but can not
guarantee we will be able to work with them. If your designer is struggling with the fields, we are
also able to add these fields to your designed label for £25 per label.
