Summary of Quantitative Survey

 Most of the responses we have received are warm welcoming and a great source
of inspiration for us too.
 Some of the comments were concerned about the quality and quantity of the
product which we have already assured that our basic goal is to provide services
at the door step without any additional cost.
 Other comments were perturbed about the delivery timing of the sports good as
most of the delivery services now a day take a lot of time to deliver their
products. As it is also one of our main incentives to provide our product via
timeless delivery services.
 Few of the comments were related about checking the quality before buying the
product. As we will upload multiple pictures of the product and well explained
details about the quality of the product so this problem is also solved.
 In the last some comments were also agitated about limitation of availability of
products of football and cricket only. As this is our basic startup after achieving
our short term goals we will also provide additional services including other
sports accessories.
