PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
1) HR(Client Data) to DB :
Overview :
The HR process is how we get participant information from the client’s HR files to system. New Client
sends its employee’s data along with the set of offspring’s and services it offers to their employee’s.
Key Responsibilities :
Involves configuring of HR Reformatter using SAS code to read the file and creates transactions
to load to database after performing certain levels of analysis.
Performs various data sanitation techniques like missing values , transactional duplicates etc. on
data once the file is received from Client.
Performs various data validation techniques like Zip code validation, Age Bands and Salary Band
Assignments, preferred Work/ personal email addresses validations.
Created Edit report to identify invalid events/activities.
Verifies Data Loaded to different tables with file received via activities and SAS reports.
Created Population reports/dashboards as per client requirement.
Involves in Team meetings/Huddles.
Key Responsibilities :
Performs data validation on all the data provided like like email id validation,mobile number
validation,customer ID cannot be null ,deleting transactional duplicates and Unique variable
duplicates .
Performs Exploratory data analysis(EDA) after data validation
