Analyst (Reporting & Analytics)

1) HR(Client Data) to DB :

Overview :
The HR process is how we get participant information from the client’s HR files to system. New Client
sends its employee’s data along with the set of offspring’s and services it offers to their employee’s.

Key Responsibilities :
 Involves configuring of HR Reformatter using SAS code to read the file and creates transactions
to load to database after performing certain levels of analysis.
 Performs various data sanitation techniques like missing values , transactional duplicates etc. on
data once the file is received from Client.
 Performs various data validation techniques like Zip code validation, Age Bands and Salary Band
Assignments, preferred Work/ personal email addresses validations.
 Created Edit report to identify invalid events/activities.
 Verifies Data Loaded to different tables with file received via activities and SAS reports.
 Created Population reports/dashboards as per client requirement.
 Involves in Team meetings/Huddles.

2) Credit Card Reporting and Analysis :-

Overview :
The project consists of data related to the credit card transactions of the customers. Various data of
customer like personal details , data related to customer complaints, data for repayment details which
includes bill generation detail, amount paid etc., data of which customer owns what type of the credit
card and also the credit card limit and Data which shows which customer has spent on which product
category and also the transaction date.

Key Responsibilities :

 Performs data validation on all the data provided like like email id validation,mobile number
validation,customer ID cannot be null ,deleting transactional duplicates and Unique variable
duplicates .
 Performs Exploratory data analysis(EDA) after data validation
 Creating reports for monthly spend , monthly repayment ,category wise customer spending ,
highest spending customers and defaulter customers .
  Created Population reports/dashboards as per client requirement.
 Yearly/Monthly reports by Macros via Excel Engine.
 Involves in Team meetings/Huddles.

3) Ongoing Production Data support and Management :-

Overview:
Analyzing and Validating data present in Production as per request or client requirement. Notifying cross
functional reports across team.

Key Responsibilities :
 Solving Person related data issues on participant’s like removal of BAD data indicator, verifying
Login Credentials for participants ,change in preference of personal/work Email addresses ,Max
Limit System Error while processing events etc.
 Participants segmentation as per request and generated reports via ODS in HTML, PDF with
titles & Footnotes
 Cross functional reports for multiple clients.
 Yearly/Monthly reports by Macros via Excel Engine.
 Using Piping concept for inserting/creating various data sets and reports.
 Adhoc Project : Defect Report across multiple clients and analyzing it.
