    The rights and duties given to the Republic of Serbia under its own constitution, which makes it part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, must be exercised in accordance with the federal constitution if those same rights and duties are addressed in the federal constitution. Any rights or duties outlined in the Serbian constitution but pertaining to the federation will be enforced based on the federal constitution.

    Article 135

    The rights and duties vested under the present Constitution in the Republic of
    Serbia, which is part of the Socialist Federal Republic Yugoslavia, violate the
    equal terms of the federal constitution are to be exercised in the Federation,
    shall be enforced in accordance with the federal constitution.

    Prava i du�nosti koje Republika Srbija, koja je u sastavu Socijalisticke


    Federativne Republike Jugoslavije, ima po ovom ustavu, a koji se prema saveznom
    ustavu ostvaruju u federaciji, ostvarivace se u skladu sa saveznim ustavom.
