In line with DepEd Advisory No. 157, s. 2015, dated June 3,2015, Liliw
NHS Mathematics Department is requesting your office to conduct 2015 MTAP –
DepEd Mathematics Program to interested Grade 7 to Grade 10 students. This
will be conducted every Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 nn., from September 12 to
October 17, 2015.

The program aims to:

a. provide the students the opportunity to explore Mathematics without
the threat of tests;
b. review materials covered last school year that enabled them to do well
in Mathematics in the present school year; and
c. prepare Grade 10 students for entrance examinations college levels.

There will be a fee of two hundred pesos (Php 200.00) for the whole
series of sessions. Attached herewith are DepEd Advisory and Parents Permit.

 ANNOUNCEMENT
