It was certainly wonderful news when I heard that I have been given the opportunity to have my
industrial attachment in your company. Thank you for giving me such a great opportunity. I am finally
writing to confirm my acceptance of your employment offer on July 20 and to tell you how delighted I
am to be joining the Electricity Company of Ghana in Agona Swedru. The work is exactly what I have
been ask to perform and hoped to do so. I feel confident that I can make a significant contribution to
the company, and I am grateful for the opportunity given to me.

As we discussed earlier, I will work with you for 2 months. I will report to work at 8:00 am on
September 17 and will have completed the medical examination and drug testing by the start date.
Additionally, I shall complete all insurance forms for the new employee orientation.
