INTRODUCTION
◦ PROJECT INFORMATION
◦ A. Project Category : Mixed Use (Residential & Office Complex)
◦ B. Major user Category : Middle Income to Higher Income Groups
◦ C. Location : Bhubaneswar

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The idea is to take a commercial zone in the core of the city and develop it vertically into a mixed use zone with
various uses incorporated in it including but not limited to residences, office complexes and commercial spaces.

SOCIAL RELEVANCE
• There has been a massive flux of population into the city in recent times, leading to uncontrolled
growth in and around the city.
• The proposed project could be a means of controlling the development and guiding it in a
systematic manner.
• The project also aims to create a sustainable environment by reducing the travel distances and
hence decreasing emissions.
• There is also scope for future development of green spaces in the existing site.
