Subject: Expedition in completion of renovation work

Dear Cathy,

I appreciate your concerns and involvement in the completion of this project. Also, I have seen
the request by you for the expedition of the project's completion date by two months.
As per our contract, we agreed on August 17, 2020, but I can understand sudden changes due
to the sizeable charitable event that was unplanned. But there are some reasons I want to
discuss with you as follows:

1. Shortage of skilled staff due to increase in the number of COVID cases in location.

2. Unable to take overtime from workers due to strict municipal regulations of the area.

3. Agreements with other clients to fulfill before your project.

These are a portion of my interests because I can't finish the work in June since it requires some
investment to redesign and gather the assets for the position. And we had solid business
relationships in the past, which is why I want your complete satisfaction from our work. The
expedition in dates will affect the project badly. 

I can make some arrangements for your upcoming charitable event to make some prior
arrangements as some of my clients have the facilities for these types of events.

Please let me know if you want alternate arrangements for the event.
