TEAM ROLES: Black Belt BEFORE THE PROJECT: Black Belt


• Facilitates meetings and reports • Reviews the Charter with Sponsor and understands
• Focuses on data and problem solving importance and scope of the problem
• Serves as the contact point to organization. • Clarifies roles and responsibilities of all members
• Maintains official records, reports of team actions • Reviews the Charter with Master Black Belt.
