    Below is the step by step on how to generate user license in S4 HANA using
    Transaction Code USMM2:
    1. Logon to S4 HANA Production System using authorized user ID

    2. Execute T-Code USMM

    3. Click on Clients

    4. Select all the clients you want to include in the measurement, basically
    you need to tick the client with status “Production”. After that, save the
    changes

    5. Click on User Types

    6. Select the active flag for the relevant user types, depending on your
    purchased user licenses. After that, save the changes

    7. Execute T-Code USMM2

    8. It will open web browser, enter the authorized user ID

    9. Click on User Classification

    10. Click Find

    11. Drill down on Contractual User Type ID and check whether each user ID
    has the correct Contractual User Type ID, please correct if it is wrong

    12. Save when it’s done

    13. Click on Perform Measurement

    14. Then click on Start System Measurement

    15. Click Yes

    16. After System Measurement is done, click on Result Transfer

    17. Click on PDF Protocol Display

    18. It will open PDF format in new window

    19. Right click on the screen and then click on Print

    22. Save the file into your local PC/server/laptop
