Dear Parents and Guardians,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

It is with great delight and excitement that we welcome everyone to the year 2020! We are closed to ending our school year.

We barely have three months left before we bid the SY 2019-2020 goodbye. But before anything else, allow us to give you the
scheduled of activities for the month of January.
1. Distribution of Cards /PTC will be on January 13, 2020, Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 Noon. The same procedure last grading
period will still be observed for the Parent-Teacher Conference.
2. Top Achievers for both the Preschool and Grade school department will be announced on Jan. 12, 2019 . Recognition of the top
achievers will be held inside the classroom only. Regular classes will still be held on this day
4. Fourth Long Test will be on January 17,20 & 21, 2020. Examination Permit will be realesed starting January 7, 2020.
5. Computations for the Yearly Recognition will be taken from the grades earned from the First Quarter to Fourth Quarter
Only . Take note that the Fourth Quarter covers the Monthly Test and the Fourth Quarter Exams or the FINALS which
will be on the month of February
6. We would like to reiterate that PROMISSORY LETTERS FOR DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS WILL NOT BE HONORED
THIS TIME DUE TO SOME UNFULFILLED PROMISES MADE LAST EXAMINATION PERIOD.
