Dear Parents,

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

As COVID-19 sneaks into the most favorite time of the year, there is at least one tradition standing steadfast this year:
the DCLC Christmas Production! This is considered as one of the highlights and sought after activity every school year.

The year 2020 has seen its share of challenges affecting individuals and families in so many ways. The pandemic resulted
in job losses, temporary unemployment and, sadly, the loss of family and friends, coupled with devastation from natural
disasters.

Amid all these sad and devastating happenings, we would like to spark hope, joy and inspiration to each one. We still
want to believe that every family deserves a wonderful Christmas. Despite the threat, we believe that Christmas is a
time for thanksgiving, celebration and hope for the New Year to come.

We’re excited to announce “Jesus, Our Hope in Every Season” A DCLC Virtual Christmas Program on December 19, 2020.
This is the school’s treat to the parent showcasing our learners Christmas production number through an inter-level
Christmas Presentation.

But before anything else, let me inform you of other activities lined-up for December.
a) December 12 - 2nd Qtr. Reading of Honors, PTC & Card Day
b) December 16, 17 & 18 - 3rd Monthly Examination
 Please see to it that all dues are settled first before your child could take the exams.
 We appreciate your cooperation on this matter since we also need to pay and settle all our overhead expenses,
most especially at the year-end obligations of the school to our employees.
c) December 19 (9:00 AM) - DCLC Christmas Production
Note: Please be advised that students are required to participate in this Yuletide performance.
 Periodical Test worth 40 points to all MAPE Subject
 Performance Task worth 30 Points to MAPE Subject

Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the program. Please see the Assignment Tab for your child’s costumes and other
pertinent details regarding the activity.
