2. Extend By Applying
2.1. I’m learning what TQLR metacognition stands for, T for Tune- in Q – Question L- Listen and
R – Remember and it’s important to the learning process. For me, applying this as a teacher,
I will make plan of it and present to the head teacher and if he or she approved it I must
encourage all the students that I teach by explaining briefly to them what TQLR is and it’s
important to boost their motivation in pursuing the topic.

3. Evaluation

3.1. Metacognition – for me it is one of the process that gives a lot of help in student’s learning.it
gives an enough learning process in handling students especially in lower grades.
3.2. I can apply metacognition to improve my study skills by practicing to recognize what I don’t
understand in a topic, and provide opportunities to reflect to my coursework.

4. Reflection

4.1. I learn from this module to know my Status/standard as a students or a future teacher by
answering honestly in the 6 part of the Explore area.it gives me a clear feedback for what I
am really now and what I am going to do. Also I learn what is and the importance of
