(1) To improve the corrosion resistance of the harness connectors to 500 hours of salt
spray conditions. The new connectors are made up of nickel plated stainless steel
based on ABS2426 specification.
D. Description
(1) Safran Landing Systems informs you that there are alternative connectors available for
1M and 2M MLG leg electrical harnesses and axle harnesses with improved corrosion
resistance.

3. Accomplishment Instructions
A. General
(1) The work described in this Service Bulletin must be done in the workshop.
(2) All references in this Service Bulletin are to the left configuration of the unit unless the
instructions tell you differently.
B. Preparation
(1) Refer to applicable CMMs 32-12-28 or 32-12-29 or 32-12-77 or 32-12-78 to remove the
necessary connectors.
C. Procedure
(1) Refer to CMM 32-12-28.
(a) For 1M leg electrical harness 201399007:
1 17GG-A or 13GG-A or 15GA-A or 21GA-A or 3GWA or LGAB1 or 4027 VC -
Install ABS2426 standard connectors (alternative to ASNE0052/0053 or
EN3646 standard connectors).
(b) For 1M leg electrical harness 201399008:
(c) For 2M leg electrical harness 201400005:
1 15GG-A or 11GG-A or 17GA-A or 23GA-A or LGAB3 or 4029VC - Install
ABS2426 standard connectors (alternative to ASNE0052/0053 or EN3646
standard connectors).
