ACKNOWLEDMENT

Internal training is an integral part of any post-graduation and I take this


opportunity to express my gratitude to Talent Corner Pvt. Limited,
Mumbai which helped me to accomplish this project. I am particularly
grateful to my industry mentor Mr. Swapnil Porwal, Team Lead – Client
Acquisition for providing me the opportunity to have such a good
experience of an internship program. It was indeed very gracious to him
to spare his valuable time and to give an elaborate insight into the
functioning of the company.
I would like to thank my faculty mentor Dr. Sandip Solanki for their
constant supervision throughout the project. His expert opinions and deep
insight on the subject matter and various part of the report helped me in

Executive Summary
My role in the company: HR Executive (Intern): I handle process
of Business Development under team leader the of Swapnil
Porwal(team lead – client acquisitions )
Talent corner have full filed the client demand to the fullest
satisfaction of the client. Adding more and more number of
client every year to have more than 900 client base over 16 years
of its journey.
Firm marketing strategy will be based mainly on ensuring that
customers know what needs the services are able to fulfill, and
making the right information available to the right target
customer. We intend to implement a market penetration strategy
that will ensure that we are well known and respected in our
respective industry. We will ensure that our services' prices take
into consideration people's budgets, and that these people
appreciate the services, know that it exists, and where to find it.
The marketing will convey the sense of quality in every picture,
every promotion, and every publication. Our promotional
strategy will involve integrating advertising, events, personal
selling, public relations, direct marketing and Internet marketing,
details of which are provided in the marketing section of this
plan.
This report on the project of Business development contains
structure, Gap(s) identified, and solutions for same. This is
achieved through maintain an activity log with my observation
and the set parameters.

As a part of my projects I was assign to bring more company to
do more requirements which adds more revenue to the company.
The requirements given by the client for the job role in there
company.
Selecting region to target at particular sector. Collecting data of
the company .targets companies and finalise the deal with the
company terms and conditions along with the requirement of the
company.
Learning about the different rules, criteria is there.
Preparing Job Description for various profiles is also looked by
me.

Objective

organization to manufacture their products and other day
to day activities with which it sustains business and people
directly or indirectly related to it. By understanding
importance of the Human Resource availability and future
of recruitment many companies have started working
towards their own Human Resource(HR) team for
recruitment of human . Human Resource Providing

World brings efficiency improvement which gives benefit
to society, environment and profits to the organization.

dependent on Human Resource. Considering major parts
of human resource focus should be on recruitment.
Objective of this project is to recruit candidate for the
companies in an efficient way and looking for long term
relationship with the companies to earn the profit.

and the company and then as per the client’s expectation they
start their work.
Through the help of the best job Boards like naukri, monster &
shine scouts the relevant resumes & also take initial interviews.
They also use the advanced recruitment techniques such as
sourcing through linked in & head hunting for sourcing
resumes.
They also concentrate on scheduling of interviews with the client
& candidate.
