calculation shows that the rights issue price will not be lower than IDR3,345. As
the consolidation of Pegadaian and PNM will serve as a new growth driver for

current BBRI’s shareholders to subscribe the rights that, most likely, will be
priced under the current market price.

Local flash

KLBF: Kalbe Farma (KLBF) will increase its COVID-19 test capacity to 2,500-
3,000 per day. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the media laboratory business in
Indonesia is increasing. The need for medical laboratories is currently very high
because the number of Covid-19 tests is increasing where the cases of the Covid-
19 virus are still increasing. President Director of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF)
Vidjongtius said Kalbe's subsidiary which owns the laboratory is Kalgen Innolab,
the result of a joint venture with a Japanese company. "Currently Kalgen Innolab
has a COVID-19 test capacity of 2,000 tests a day and the current capacity is all
used up. We plan to increase the capacity to 2,500-3,000 tests a day (Kontan)

ENRG: Energi Mega Persada (ENRG) now holds 49% participating interest in
the Sengkang Block. PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) took over the 49%
participating interest owned by PT Energi Maju Abadi (EMA) in the Sengkang Block.
This happened after the certainty of signing a conditional sale and purchase
agreement between ENRG through its subsidiary and EMA for 100% ownership of

PANR: Digitizing the MICE business, Panorama (PANR) launches the


Fleibisnis.com platform. PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) continues to
digitalize the business pillars of Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition (MICE)
through Panorama Media. The PANR subsidiary launched Fleibisnis.com, a
website-based platform which is a portal for franchise, licensing, partnership and
business opportunities. General Manager of Panorama Media Andriani
Tirtawisata said this digital platform is one of Panorama's steps in dealing with
the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the MICE sector. The Franchise
and License Expo Indonesia exhibition, which is usually held offline at the
Convention Center, is currently being transformed online so that it can be
accessed by visitors wherever they are via the website. (Kontan)

DOID: Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) is working on mining services for Adaro
Indonesia. PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) spurred performance in the
second half of this year. Recently, DOID started working on mining services for PT
Adaro Indonesia. Until the end of the year, this mining service contractor
company is still pursuing a revenue target of USD 780 million - USD 860 million
with the company's income before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization
aka earning before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of
USD200 million - USD240 million so far this year. (Kontan)

ASSA: Strategic partnership, Anteraja officially cooperates with Grab. PT Tri


Adi Bersama (Anteraja), a subsidiary of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) officially
cooperates with the online transportation platform PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia
(Grab). The collaboration aims to reach more people by providing delivery
services to the entire Anteraja area throughout Indonesia through the Grab

MARK: The new factory is operational, Mark Dynamics (MARK) is optimistic


that export performance will skyrocket. PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk
(MARK) projects that export performance in semester II-2021 will continue to
increase. This is in line with the completion of the construction of the company's
third factory in May. MARK's new factory that produces glove prints is located in
Tanjung Morowa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. (Kontan)
