FEABILITY STUDY
Smires Hotel and Resort (Opening)
I. Executive Summary
Smires Resort and Restaurant Event offer more delight and satisfaction food.
It feeds the body and muster the soul. That Smires Resort and Restaurant book.
We are in summer time beat the heat this is to enjoy and feel good in this summer
time. We expect to attend our friends, neighbors and of course family with 100 to
150 guests from outside of Mindoro. The venue located at Paclasan, Roxas
Oriental Mindoro with ample space and way atmosphere. This coming May 28,
2021 at 3:00 pm the estimated cost Php. 115,000.00.
To include that the said event will be celebrate and held exactly on the given
time with its free entrance fee, ample space and cozy atmosphere. Other expences
was given by selected sponsors of Mindoreno. I recommended that if you want to
experience the unique opening of Smires Resort and Restaurant you must not skip
this chance.
II. Introduction
This study to conduct a feasibility study about the Smires Resort and
Restaurant in Paclasan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro. The Smires Resort and
Restaurant to occupied the 1.5 acres including the restaurant with 10 cottages and
2 swimming pool for adult and kids with measure of depth according to the people
destined to used, it is made up of luxurious tiles with a size of 60ft for adult and for
kids is 20ft. There are also free luke warm water for those who are cold and can be
heat here. When it comes to the cottages it is inspired by the enchanted garden with
a round table in the middle attached in the middle up to the ceiling of the cottages
the side of this cottage is adjusted to make a bed, their restaurant has a picturesque
outdoor dining set ups and tried tested family recipes they offer wide array of
nutrition’s and organic meals from fat-free dishes, salad, organic juices, fresh
vegetables. It has 2 large chandeliers infact and back of the area of restaurant and
small size bulbs on each side it has silver chairs and soft buckiest a round silver
table that is simply rotated to speed up the customers meal.
lll. Objectives of the event, Theme and Scope
The Smires Hotel and Resort supervise work at all level such as receptionist,
kitchen staff, employee and officers etc. and set clear objectives. Allocate
responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating service. Entertain the
everyone either young or adult from 18 to 50 years old. To introduce the Smires
Hotel and Resort to certain of of Roxaseñio and neighbor town. To showcase them
kind of service and their unique goods increase awareness of resort. To make the
barangay of Paclasan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro to popular because it is where the
Smires Hotel and Resort can be located and come to visit. To continue and
implement the plan to be held on 28th May, 2021

and due of pandemic we follow the protocols to stay safe.
 To introduce the Smires Hotel and Resort to the citizen of roxaseno
and neighboring towns. To showcase their kind of service and their
unique goods. Insurance awareness of Smires Hotel and Resort.
 To make the barangay of Paclasan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro popular
because it is where the Smires Hotel and Resort to can be located
and come to be visit by other people who love to relax.
 To continue ang implement the plan to be held on 28 th May, 2021 at
3:00PM in Paclasan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro
 To start the opening of the Smires Hotel and Resort to welcoming the
summer season, to improve people mentally and physical while
coping and facing the pandemic that is still rising.
 By showing fun and pleasant of the event where they feel the fun and
blessing in the middle of the pandemic. By offering then high quality
of service and affordable goods.

Learn more about the small business competitors what to find to their
website, fb page, and other social media accounts of course access to their offline
marketing materials such as brochures and posters. Employee must be alert when
it comes it competitors because simple this is still important. List all the competitors
around the area and then study what are their swot for Smire able to know what
would be the steps they are needed to be done. What are their similar product and
services with the Smires. What is their target market, either professional, students,
etc. But then, Smires need to make sure that they need to rendered goods and
services more than good to competitors to sill attract customers.

VII. Conclusion and Recommendation
The Smires Hotel and Resort occupied 1.5 acres including the restaurant
10 cottages and 2 swimming pools for adult and kids each with a different dept base
on the people who will use it. It is equipped with luxurious amenities including a
picturesque outdoor setting tried and true family recipes and a wide array selection
of traditional food and organic juices. Its strength of eco ecofriendly surrounding and
service its weaknesses are that is expensive which only the wealthy and executives
can afford its opportunities are unique and the peace is dynamic and its last threat
is that new competitors and pandemic exis
